At SUSA, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and intimate shapewear (unless defective)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@susatt.com with your order number
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship item back to our Sort Fulfilment warehouse
  4. Refund processed within 7-10 business days of receipt

Refund Method

  • Card Payments: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (provide account details)
  • Bank Transfers: Refunded to same account

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We'll arrange free return shipping and send a replacement or full refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective/damaged)
  • We recommend using tracked shipping
  • SUSA is not responsible for items lost in return transit
